How should I prepare the interior?
Like for a buyer visit: a quick tidy-up, small items out of sight, curtains open, lights on. I send a simple checklist before the session.
Can I paste the link on Otodom / OLX?
Yes. You paste the link directly into the listing text. It also works in messages to interested buyers and in Facebook groups.
How fast do I get the walkthrough?
Normally the next business day after the session. Morning sessions are often delivered the same day.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice after payment. Pay by BLIK, transfer or card after seeing a preview of your walkthrough.
What technology is the walkthrough made with?
I shoot with a professional Insta360 X5 360° camera, and the walkthrough is built on Matterport, the global standard for virtual tours. You get one ready link under the tour360.pl brand.
What if the property is larger than 100 m²?
Text me the size, I reply with a quote within minutes. Houses and larger properties are quoted individually.
