How should I prepare the interior?
Like for a buyer visit: a quick tidy-up, small items out of sight, curtains open, lights on. I send a simple checklist before the session.
Does the flat need to be furnished?
No. A furnished interior shows the atmosphere, an empty one shows the pure layout and floor area. I shoot both.
I live there. What about privacy and personal items?
Before the session just put away family photos, documents and small personal items (I send a checklist). If something ends up in frame, I remove it in editing. Only people with the link can see the walkthrough. You decide where to share it, and you get the link only after you approve the preview.
How does the walkthrough work on Otodom, OLX and other portals?
On Otodom the walkthrough gets a dedicated "Spacer wirtualny" button on your listing photos, and the floor plan gets its own "Rzut" button. On OLX, Domiporta or Nieruchomosci-online you paste the link into the listing text. It also works in messages to interested buyers and in Facebook groups.
How fast do I get the walkthrough?
Normally the next business day after the session. Morning sessions are often delivered the same day.
How do I pay?
You pay only after seeing a preview of your walkthrough. Whatever's easiest: BLIK, a fast online transfer or card, or a regular bank transfer.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, I issue a VAT invoice after payment and send it to your email.
What technology is the walkthrough made with?
I shoot with a professional Insta360 X5 360° camera, and the walkthrough is built on Matterport, the global standard for virtual tours. You get one ready link under the tour360.pl brand.
What if the property is larger than 100 m²?
Text me the size, I reply with a quote within minutes. Houses and larger properties are quoted individually.
